SAFE INSIDE is a 6-week group coaching container for nervous-system-aware, soul-led cyclebreakers who are ready to:

1. Nervous System as the Inner Child
Orient to your nervous system with compassion and awe, learning to relate to body-based sensations and emotions as communication from your inner child. Begin to unblend from old survival adaptations and recognize yourself as the one being protected by them. As shame softens, you naturally become the safe, listening presence your inner child has always needed — beginning a two-way relationship with your nervous system that moves you toward greater internal security and a deeper understanding of what you need to feel safe as you return back into your day-to-day life.
2. Experience the Safety
Your body already knows how to heal; it simply needs to register enough relational safety to do so. This session illuminates why safety doesn’t have to (and often cannot) come exclusively through another human being. Moving beyond insight and into direct experience, Ann dissolves shame by naming the physiological reasons healing cannot happen through knowledge alone — and why so many of us have tried. Through the relational safety provided by music, movement, and intentional meaning-- your nervous system begins to disarm, release old emotions, and internalize a new experience of being seen and supported.
3. The Invisible Village
Begin building internalized support through remembered love, imagined secure figures, ancestors, guides, music, synchronicity, and the unseen relational field always surrounding you. Learn how the nervous system can receive safety, companionship, and regulation from far more than physical proximity alone — and how to intentionally access these sources of support throughout the moments of your day, and to heal old stories that need to be rewritten. Through somatic practice, and “Going to the Table,” begin gathering your own invisible village and developing an active, deeply nourishing relationship with the bigger, stronger, wiser sources of love and support that have always surrounded you.
4. Boundaries Begin Within
Reclaim your separateness, safety, and energetic sovereignty. Learn why trauma made you emotionally porous and hyper-attuned to others, and discover the magic of “Quiet Boundaries,” where you become more discerning about what you let in. Practice honesty, authenticity, and self-protection within the safety of your relationship with yourself, so your body can reclaim the energy it’s been spending tracking everyone else’s needs, feelings, and comfort levels — and begin living from your own.
5. Working with the Spiral
This isn’t about getting it perfect — instead, we’re increasingly internalizing that we are safe to learn (and lovable while we do), trusting that the Universe gently returns us to old emotions, growth edges and repeating themes not as punishment, but as new opportunities to heal differently this time, acting as the bigger, stronger, wiser parent we always needed. Discover your own current spirals, and receive a somatic practice that enables you to work with them with increased objectivity, capacity and compassion.
6. The Return
Here, we release inherited survival roles, invisible family loyalties, and the false belief that we must abandon ourselves to belong. We honor our nervous systems, our family members, and the protective adaptations of the past with reverence and compassion — and begin taking on what is only ours to do: individuate into our authentic selves. No longer living in constant response to others, we become increasingly guided by ourselves, our unseen support, and the supreme intelligence of our bodies, which is, turns out, the best medicine for everyone.

marco polo:
a laboratory for attachment healing
After each weekly somatic healing session, you return to your everyday life, relationships, triggers, and patterns with more security, and therefore more awareness and insight. As you begin noticing yourself (and your people) differently in real time, you bring these experiences back into the group — where the learning becomes deeply integrated through repeated experiences of safe connection, honesty, co-regulation, and support — without the overwhelm that often comes with real-time interaction.
Because the group is voice-note based and available throughout the day, you can share vulnerably without having to manage another person’s facial expressions, reactions, interruptions, or emotional needs. The nervous system receives just enough connection to feel accompanied while still maintaining spaciousness and agency.
The coolest part?? This container uniquely supports both anxious and avoidant attachment styles.
For anxious attachment, the group becomes a reliable source of connection and reassurance — a place to go when emotions rise and support is needed.
For avoidant attachment, the format allows closeness without pressure, engulfment, or loss of autonomy. You get to choose when and how you engage, allowing your body to experience safe relationship without overwhelm.
And over time, something profound begins to happen:
you start telling the truth about how you feel, what you want, what you know. Often for the first time, because authenticity emerges in safe relational environments.
And this? Is where the real rewiring begins.
Neuroscience and attachment research show us that healing happens through repeated relational experiences — not just intellectual insight. When you are witnessed with compassion instead of shame, especially by other women who are also healing, the brain and nervous system begin forming new (positive!) associations around vulnerability, authenticity, and connection.
For many of us, this becomes the first experience of being allowed to grow, expand, fumble, feel, need, and make mistakes while still remaining connected and accepted. The nervous system finally receives the attachment conditions it may have (definitely) missed earlier in life: safety without performance, belonging without self-abandonment, and connection without consequences.
And over time (less than you would think!), these new patterns stop being something we are trying to practice cognitively — they begin naturally emerging inside our relationships with our children, partners, and ourselves.
What You’ll Receive:
6 Weekly Somatic Healing Sessions with Ann Odom (pre-recorded and released weekly on Tuesdays) that center on:

Experiential healing sessions designed to help the body internalize safety, support, and secure attachment
A deeply supportive Marco Polo healing community
Every mama will be added to a private Marco Polo group where you’ll move through the process together — sharing reflections, receiving support, and experiencing the kind of emotional village and relational healing most women have never had.
To preserve the feeling of moving through the experience together, each week’s video should be watched within 48 hours of release whenever possible. The sessions are intentionally recorded week-to-week so the process stays alive, responsive, intimate, and connected to the women currently inside the group — rather than feeling static or disconnected from the real-time healing unfolding inside the community.
The Marco Polo group remains open throughout the program (and beyond), allowing the sisterhood, witnessing, and nervous system support to continue flowing long after the sessions end.
We begin Tuesday, June 9th. You’ll receive the first week’s somatic healing session that day, with new sessions released weekly throughout the program.
